Pinky is the heart of Pink Potion Co. — a beautifully restored 1967 Volunteer Travel Trailer that we’ve transformed into a fully functional mobile bar and food service station. She’s charming, eye-catching, and the perfect centerpiece for weddings, festivals, corporate activations, and private parties. With her vintage flair and modern amenities, Pinky isn’t just a bar — she’s an experience that brings instant character and magic to your event.

Sometimes all you need is the talent — and our Potion Masters are ready to bring the magic to any space. Our Bartender-Only Services are ideal if your venue already provides a bar setup but you still want professional, friendly, and creative mixologists to keep the drinks flowing. Perfect for house parties, intimate weddings, office gatherings, and private celebrations, this option ensures polished service without the need for additional equipment or displays.

Mixing Up Your Event
✨ Just like our cocktails, the booking process is a perfect blend of creativity, planning, and care. Here’s what to expect when you book with Pink Potion Co.
Step 1
Inquire
Fill out the inquiry form, within 48 hours we will give you a phone call to discuss the details of your inquiry to ensure that we can make your dreams a reality. We are here to answer any questions you have for us. Following the phone consultation we will send you a customized proposal within 48 hours.
Step 2
Book
When you’re ready to book, after reviewing the proposals. You can easily submit a 50% non-refundable deposit online through your invoice and sign the service contracts. The final payment is due 14 days prior to your event. Note: this makes your date and bar of choice official with us!
Step 3
Chat
Leading up to your event date, we will begin finalizing details and preparing for your signature cocktails. Through our client portal, we'll send a questionnaire to get an idea of what you are wishing to have served, your taste profile, as well as other event details. We'll then build a detailed shopping list with quantity suggestions for the alcohol needed.
Step 4
Party
Approximately two hours before the event, we’ll show up, set up, decorate, organize supplies, chill the product, and stock alcohol in our bar. Our staff will ensure an amazing evening for you and your guests! Once the event is finished, we will pack up any unopened alcohol for you to leave with.
